AUTOPAY AUTHORIZATION

By enabling Autopay, you authorize us (and our successors and assignees) to charge your Account on File (the debit card or checking account that you provided and any updates to that information), for the Monthly Minimum Payment, in addition to the Expedited Debit Fee (if paying by Debit Card), each month on the Payment Due Date, or your selected date.

You may cancel this Authorization at any time by logging into the self.inc mobile application or the self.inc website and changing your autopay settings. The cancellation will take effect in up to 24 hours.

You agree that it is your responsibility to have sufficient funds in your Account on file to cover the AutoPay.

• Returned Payment Fee: if an AutoPay is not honored by your financial institution, when paying by bank account, we will impose a returned payment fee, Your financial institution may also charge you a fee for the dishonored AutoPay and we will have no liability for any such fee.
