Last Updated: Sept 29, 2023

Consent to electronic Communications.
You are entitled to paper copies of certain information and we need your consent to provide you this information electronically, instead. We also need your general consent to use electronic records and signatures in our relationship with you. If you agree to this Consent, any Communications we provide to you, or that you agree to at our request, may be in electronic form, and we may rely on your electronic signature. Your Consent, while voluntary, is required to join Self, process your application, make a loan and receive Services from Self and its Issuing Banks.

“We” and “you”.
In this Consent, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Self Financial, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Self”) and any of Self’s third-party issuing banks (i.e., Lead Bank, Sunrise Bank N.A., SouthState Bank N.A., and First Century Bank N.A. each, an “Issuing Bank”). "You" and "your" refer to the person agreeing to this Consent.

This Consent applies to all Communications.
“Communications” means each initial and future disclosure, notice, agreement, billing statement, promotion, offer, or other information we provide to you, or that you sign or submit or agree to at our request, related to any product or service we offer, including without limitation any Self account or membership, credit builder loan and associated account, secured credit card and associated account, unsecured credit card and associated account and any ancillary product or service.

Electronic Communications will be delivered by email or online.
Electronic Communications will be delivered at an online location we designate or via e-mail. As a courtesy, we may send you a notice, for example by e-mail or text message, when a Communication is available, but the Communication is delivered regardless of whether we send you a notice. We may establish security procedures you will have to follow to access the online location. We may, in our sole discretion, provide you with any Communication on paper, even if you authorized electronic delivery. We may require any information you provide to us, or any document you sign, to be delivered to us in writing.

Withdrawing consent.
You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically at any time by contacting us at Self Financial, Inc., 901 East 6th Street, Suite 400, Austin, TX 78702-3206. You may withdraw your consent directly with Sunrise Bank at: Sunrise Banks, N.A., Attention Self CBA, 200 University Avenue West, Saint Paul, MN 55103, or with Lead Bank at 1801 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64108 or with SouthState Bank, N.A., Attn Self Servicing Manager, PO Box 118068, N. Charleston, SC 29423 or with First Century Bank, N.A., Attn: Compliance, 1731 N. Elm Street, Commerce, GA 30529. Withdrawing your consent may delay your transactions with us and may result in the termination of your use of or access to certain services. In addition, if we offer a discount now or in the future for conducting business electronically, a withdrawal of consent could result in the removal of any such discount. A withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications will be effective only after we have had a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal.
